Do you do custom items and ideas?

Can I add to my order?

We are happy to add to your order, if your order hasn't already been packed for dispatch. However, this may delay the completion time of your existing order so you may wish to place a second order. Please contact us for more details!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed. All items are made to order, therefore once your item has began production, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel. 

My order arrived damaged, what happens now?

We're so sorry your package arrived damaged! We do try our best to protect items as much as possible, but courier accidents can happen. Please send us an email with details and photographs so we can help you resolve the issue.
