Standard Delivery
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Express Delivery
Need it sooner?
Choose Express at checkout and we’ll send your order via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Estimated delivery: 1 working day from dispatch.
Saver Delivery
Happy for your order to not be tracked? Choose saver delivery for your order to be sent Royal Mail 2nd class in 2-3 working days from dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional postage costs for resending so please double check your details before submitting your order.
Dispatch Times
As a small handmade business, most of our products are made to order. Please check the banner at the top of our website for our most up to date turnaround time prior to dispatch. Please note that our turnaround time does not include the number of days it takes to deliver, e.g. if you choose Tracked 48 service and turnaround is 2 weeks, this would mean 2 weeks PLUS 2-3 working days for delivery.
If you need something urgently or for a specific date, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’ll always do our best to help!
USA Orders
We are now shipping to USA! Your items will be delivered with duties, taxes and tariffs paid upfront using Royal Mail International Tracked, meaning the price you see on the screen is all you have to pay! This delivery service will take 6-7 business days after our current production lead time. Please check the top banner of our website for our latest turnaround time, and get in touch with us prior to placing your order if you require your items sooner.
Canada, Australia and New Zealand
We are now shipping to Canada, Australia and New Zealand! Your items will be delivered using Royal Mail Parcelforce Worldwide service in 6-7 business days after our current production lead time. Please check the top banner of our website for our latest turnaround time, and get in touch with us prior to placing your order if you require your items sooner.
